Our stay in Vicksburg was only a day. We had a bus tour of the city, lunch at
Walnut Hills restaurant. We visited the
Corp of Engineers museum and the Old Court House Museum. We also decided to take a Walking Ghost Tour
of the city. It was fun! The guide was a great story teller and were
able to see some of the homes that we had driven by earlier in the day. I am always fascinated by the stories that
accompany the site of “haunting”.
Unfortunately, we had no unexpected guests on the tour!
