We are on the final trek home. We left Crossville this morning. We are staying in Lexington, VA this evening and will travel to an RV park just outside of Washington, DC for Friday night. On Saturday, we will travel the last several hundred miles home. We should get there late in the day on Saturday.
It is hard to believe that we are headed home. It is sad. We loved this trip and enjoyed being in the RV for so long. And it is "happy". I think it will be good to be "home". But, for us, as for many RVers, home is wherever we roam!
We will be roaming again in 3 months. So, a home without wheels will be fine for a few months!
