It has finally happened.
Our caravan has ended.
We had our
farewell dinner on Monday and our last breakfast yesterday. There were smiles as we remembered all the
great times of the last 38 days. And
there were tears as we said good bye to our new friends. We all had a great time. But, it is time to head home.
Some are traveling totheir winter
homes. Some are traveling to see
family. Some are in a hurry to get home
so that they can start another vacation (like a European cruise). Some are traveling slowly to enjoy the beautiful
fall weather before they get to the winter home! And some are traveling to
take delivery of a new motorhome. That
would be us!
So, even though the
caravan has ended and it is bittersweet, life goes on and there will be new adventures
down the road. We are ready for them!
