Rating Cajun Food

This is a most difficult task.  Usually, I only have Cajun food on rare occasions and at wide intervals.  Bur, here in Baton Rouge I had Crawfish Etoufee at three restaurants and Boudin Balls at two.  So, I am able to rate them. “Able” may be the wrong word.  I should be able to rate them, but, the decision is difficult.  But, much to my amazement, here is my selection:

1.       Chimes in Baton Rouge

2.       Randol’s in Lafayette

3.       Boutin's in Baton Rouge

This can’t be a complete comparison, but it is true for the dishes that I ate!
